If you book by E-mail or internet before you start your holidays
In this case we expect from you a 10% down payment. This down payment is also your Safari confirmation - we will send you our European bank details after booking for bank transfer.
The remaining balance we would ask you to pay latest 72 hours before Safari starti in our office - in cash ( USD or EURO ) or by VISA card.
Walk-In booking in our office
If you book your Safari in our office we would ask you to pay the safari directly in our office - in cash ( USD or EURO ) or by VISA card.
On top we would invite you in our office after you have arrived in your hotel. In our office we want to give you the latest informations about your Safari and hand over vouchers ect. Please give us a call - we pick you up at your hotel - for free !!!
